Introducing
Projects

Shorthand's new Projects layout

Brett Geoghegan — VP Product at Shorthand

Today, we’re excited to announce our latest addition to Shorthand: Projects!

With Projects, you can create and publish multi-story content — from reports and features to magazines and content hubs — faster than ever.

How does it work? Simply add your Shorthand stories to a new Project, build out your menu structure with our drag-and-drop tool, and then publish to your destination of choice.

Stories in a Project share a single theme, keeping the fonts, colours, and styles consistently on brand.

It’s as easy as that. As always with Shorthand, you don’t need web design expertise or code. And with our collaboration tools, everyone on your team can play their part in creating, reviewing, and publishing your next multi-story project.

Projects is now available to all Shorthand users. Simply log in and click ‘Create Project.’

Projects can be published via Shorthand hosting, to a custom subdomain, to an S3 bucket or via ZIP download on select plans. Unfortunately, Projects cannot currently be published via Embed, API, or Shorthand's Wordpress and Drupal integrations.

Now, let’s have a look at some examples to inspire your own multi-story content.

First up, we have an annual report from the International Fund for Agricultural Development.
