Announcing this year's winners
In the past year we’ve seen big numbers for Shorthand: over 50,000 stories published, and nearly 800 stories submitted for the Shorthand Awards. It’s been our biggest awards year yet.
The influx of entries made for a few late nights and rapid-fire Slack conversations between the Shorthand team, as we whittled down the mosaic-like mega-list of entries to our gallery of fantastic finalists.
Our judges have read and debated these stories, made their decisions, and we’re excited here, to announce the winners.
Thank you to all those who nominated a story or voted in the awards, and a big thank you also to our judges!
